An entrepreneur from Australia, Matt Lloyd is the founder of “My Online Business Empire,” then on December 2014 changed it to more appealing “My Online Business Education.”
I researched his history and found “LifePath” as the other MLM he participated before he launched this platform. His primary idea is to give people the right education to build a business online without any need for trial and error.
After reading my review, you will get the detailed information which may help you decide if this platform is suitable for you.

What is My Online Business Education About?
I do not feel the excitement browsing more about their business, unlike when I checked out other websites doing the same thing.
Their website for me is a little overdone, and it could be overwhelming for somebody new to online marketing as there are a lot of things happening, here and there and it is not straightforward.
The legitimacy of the website is the first question you need to ask yourself before making yourself involved in any businesses online.
And the legitimacy is evident with the length of time MOBE has been in the industry, continuously operating and encouraging people to join their growing team.
They have products to sell, so talking about legitimacy and legality, I conclude that yes, they are operating within those criteria.
I mean they will not be in the industry long enough if they are not a legitimate business anyway.
How Does MOBE Work?
So let us go into the details, I am not sure if you do not know MLM or Multi-Level Marketing, but just for MOBE review, let me refresh you, MLM will let you earn and get your commission upon successfully inviting someone to join them.
So it is like encouraging people to join MOBE to get commissions. Need not to worry, as you will get your commission even if you do not directly invite the person.
As long as someone beneath you on the pyramid referred the person, you will get your fair share of commissions.
MOBE is MLM and not a pyramid scheme, as the latter operates by the joining fee and not selling any products, unlike MLM.
So, the training materials they sent you is more on teaching you to encourage people to join MOBE and not to make your own business successful. So, are they working to your benefit, or theirs?
The more people you encourage to join MOBE, the better it is for them. Sure, your growth is their growth, so why do you have to pay for promoting their products?
Products on their Website.
Let us go into details of some of their products:
MTTB (My Top Tier Business)= $49.00
- 21 step training which they claim is free because it is just training to promote Mobe products.
Your cost will not stop at $49 as a lot more upsells on the way.
Done For You Direct sales system that is promising to deposit checks worth $1000, $3000 and even huge amount of $5000 on your bank account!
- Licensing Kit = $297.00 Package inclusions: 7-day training course that will give you expertise in licensing products to other people, thus letting you earn money without the need of creating anything for yourself.
- Home Business Summit Event= $97.00 streaming online to $497.00 VIP ticket. A good grasp of learning the truth about traffic and the link that separates millionaires to failures on the internet.
- $97.00 / Month – Done For You Emails
- $997.00 – Six Figure Coaching secret
- $4997.00 – Diamond coaching program
Inner Circle Membership ( Training from Elite earners)
- Standard Affiliate $19.99 per month
- MOBE Licensing Rights $2497 one-time fee + $99 per month
- Titanium $9997 one-time fee + $199 per month
- Platinum $16667 one-time fee + $299 per month
- Diamond $29997 one-time fee + $299 per month
Just like any high ticket programs, the higher the package and level you consider, the greater the promise of returns.
Some products you can upgrade and buy to let you earn and learn more:
There are a lot more they offer, the above is just a portion of the products they sell. So what they are offering is training and education that can help small online business entrepreneurs and newcomers the opportunity to succeed.
They also offer a lot of upgrades that others may see a lot of possibilities. Their encouraging words and commitment will make you captivated, and end up getting your package upgraded.
Oh well, that is how their business works, so no question about their upgrade tactics. That is their primary business anyway, encourage people to join their team and get as many of their upgrades as possible.
Compared to other MLM I know, MOBE is a lot more expensive. Yes, they may sound very convincing, thus making people feel interested in upgrading, but if you will dig deep, is it worth the money you will spend? Maybe not.
The Commission Structure
This platform offers one of the highest commission per sale.
- MOBE Licensing rights – $1250 per sale
- Titanium – $2500 per sale
- Platinum – $5500 per sale
- Diamond – $20000 per sale
Training Verdict
In my honest opinion, the training is not as much as helpful as I thought. Maybe because I am not new to this type of industry, so the information I am reading from them is something I have already read somewhere.
Just to be fair to them, if you are a newcomer, or I mean someone who is new in this kind of industry, you may learn a lot from it. The information is anything around:
The information is anything around:
The psychology of selling – training that will let you attract people to be interested in your product
- How to get leads – will let you get information on how to successfully get as many leads as possible to your basket
- Creating sales funnel – giving you tips on how to get your target market right at your doorstep
- How to set up your website – giving you ideas on how to create a website for your business which includes tips on how to make them attractive and exciting.
- Learn how to follow up with your prospects – better ways to keep up with your prospects
- How to use available automated tools to your advantage – teach you how to make use of automated tools properly.
My overall verdict, it is all applicable and helpful to beginners or entry level individuals, but not as much to intermediate to expert level.

Is MOBE a Scam?
MOBE is a legit platform as you may make some money out of it if you are good at recruiting people. The only problem with this platform is it is costly and has so many upsells than other platform offering similar training.
Will you be successful with them? It is all up to your hard work, patience and convincing powers. The training you will get from them is something that you can use to encourage people to join MOBE and get your commission for every referral.
I suggest that you do not believe in their promises, as they will not put money in your bank account, it is you who will do it. The only thing they can help you with is the training they will send you, which you need to pay anyway.
Their primary business is encouraging people to join them, so for me, MOBE is a shady MLM. Yes, they have a lot of products to sell, but they are more into making their number of members grow.
There is no magic in MOBE, some thought that they would get rich joining them, but actually, it can never happen unless you are good at recruiting others.
I mean you need to change the perception of others towards MLM and encourage them to join. So, if I may conclude, their main business is not stipulated.
Thus a newcomer may perceive it as an easy way to make money online, and it is deceiving them into thinking that this is the key to their online business success.
But, if you are smart enough and had previous experience with MLM, you can obviously see that they are one of them.
The promises they give and their marketing technique is the same as the other MLMs online. Do you think it is easy to sell those high ticket items? As an experienced marketer, I doubt it very much.
Recommendation
You can join Wealthy Affiliate for free, and that includes ten free lessons and two free websites.
If you upgrade to premium, it will only cost $49 a month without upsells plus free SSL, and you can host up to 25 websites for free.
Yearly membership is $359 which is less than a dollar a day, so it is a no-brainer.
