The Shopify Plus is for those big businesses with unlimited staff accounts. The pricing is not available as it depends on how big the business.
Also, there is a free trial available without you having to share your credit card details.
What is a Staff Account?
It is the account a staff is given for access to your Shopify admin page. When you have several persons accessing your Shopify admin page, it is a good idea to have separate staff accounts for each of them.
In that way, you can set the staff account permissions so you can allow other people limited access your Shopify admin without giving them access to sensitive information.

Hi Den,
Thanks for a wide informative review of Shopify. Truly Shopify is a legend, that proves the credibility since 2006. I was actually unaware of the services offered by Shopify, and the pricing of Basic Shopify for $29 per month is pretty impressive to a starter.
I am also like the feature to translate to the non-English languages, as my local businesses can benefit from that. I am from India with a variety of language pools. Nowadays almost every person lives on smartphones, and naturally, smartphone compatibility is a crucial thing. How to contact the team? How is their service in India? Anyway thanks for the review.

Great review of Shopify, Den.
I had heard of Shopify and knew it was a pretty popular eCommerce site, but I didn’t know all the details. It looks like a great way to set up an online store for a minimal cost.
How does Shopify do in the search engines? If someone were to set up a Shopify store, should they also set up an additional website to promote it, or is the Shopify store enough?
Den says
Hi Andy,
The Shopify provided e-commerce website has its own blogging platform which is obviously for SEO purposes. If you have a blogging website with a good traffic you can run Shopify on it.
Thanks for the comments,
Den

I read your review before and I’m glad I’m reading it again because it has been on my mind. I have never really understood how to put together an e-commerce website. It looks really simple and the part I like is they have their Point of Sale software and this is very crucial.
I will definitely go for the Basic Shopify first.
Den says

After reading your website, I truly understand now what Shopify is. You have detailed your post so well that I can now explain to someone what this e-commerce website is. Marketing your online store the correct way is basically all on you and I think this website sums up the key elements on how this work. Great review and great website.

I enjoyed this post too, Den.
As a small business user of Shopify, I can confirm that the interface and support are excellent. There is a learning curve like anything. You have to watch tutorial the videos and pay attention to detail for a while. Once you know it, the backend is very easy to use.
I agree with what Jimmy said though. Most people, including me, tend to think at first that if you set up a store, people will show up. But, the marketing is up to the store owner as always. Whether you use SEO or pay-per-click or whatever, you have to drive people to the store somehow.
Den says
Hi Geoff,
Thank you for adding more information about Shopify. I agree, that even though Shopify will help you setup your online store, you as the owner is responsible for driving traffic to your website.
Thanks for the comments,
Den
Daniel says
I have heard of shopify, but didn’t really understand how it worked until I read your review. It seems like it is simple to set up, does this mean anyone with very little internet knowledge could set up their own online store? Also, if it is difficult to scale your business using shopify, how simple would it be to transer your business to a different platform if you want to grow your business?
Den says
Hi Daniel,
There is a learning curve. If you are running a website and know about SEO and some web skills you should be okay. You can scale your business in Shopify.
Thanks for the comments,
Den
