Alongside with Brian are Jay Sargeant and Kevin Harrington’s active involvement in the website. Kevin, a world-renowned speaker and author, and successful entrepreneur act as the business Marketing Partner while Jay acts as the website’s Chief Visionary Officer.
How Does Mindset 24 Global Work?
They created a ‘mindset training’ that was developed by Jay and Kevin. Kevin has a fruitful record in the business industry, while Jay being an effective life coach made a self-development method that they included in their training.
Others may not believe in spending dollars for ‘mindset’ training, while others are more than happy to attend training and live events, and pay huge dollars as they see value in it.
The training materials their business has are undeniably high quality. Unfortunately, the prices are not too affordable.

To become one of their affiliates and start promoting their website, you need to sign up free of charge. On the other hand, there are qualifications that you need to meet before you earn commissions and on top of that, you are required to pay $50 as an annual fee to stay as one of their affiliates.
There are Three Ways to Earn
- Coded Bonus
- Coded Match
- Level 7 Profit Sharing Pools.
Coded Bonus
This amount is the commissions for the Coded Bonus
- $25 for any series one referral coded to you
- $100 for any series two referral coded to you
- $250 for any series three referral coded to you
- $500 for any series four referral coded to you
To earn commissions from the Coded Bonus, you must be active at that Level. To be active at that level, you must purchase or sell up to that level in the series. You must purchase or sell a series four training package before you can earn a series 4 Coded bonus.
In the Coded Bonus, you will get commissions from your downline. But do not expect to get commissions from everyone under your umbrella.
You will get commissions only on first, third and also on the fifth member you directly recruit and from then on, two from every three which is number seven, eight, ten and eleven and so forth as it is unlimited width. These referrals are coded to you.
You will have to pass up to the person who recruited you second, fourth, sixth, as well as number nine and twelve. If you do not qualify for the bonus (package sold are at higher level than your level), it will be passed up to your upline.

Coded Match Bonus
The coded match bonus, on the other hand, is a bonus if your personals (your referrals) coded to you or not, earns a Coded Bonus. You will get the same bonus they are receiving.

The Profit Sharing Pool
The profit sharing has 7 pools.
1 star is when you buy or sell series one package to get a share of 2% on all training packages.
2 star is when you personally sell or purchase series two package to get a share of 2% on all training packages.
3 star is when you buy or sell series three package to get a share of 2% on all training packages.
4 star is when you buy or sell series four package to get a share of 3% on all training packages.
5 star is when you buy or sell series four package plus having five personal referrals that qualify on series 4 commissions. You get a share of 3% on all training packages.
7 star is when you buy or sell series four package plus having 20 referrals that qualify for the series 4 commissions. You get a share of 4% on all training packages.
The Superstar, on the other hand, is when you reach $10000 from direct sales within a 30-day rolling period and you have to do this continuously to stay qualified. You will get 2% of the profit sharing pool.
Founders will get 2% of the profit sharing pool. So the total profit sharing pool percentage is 20.
This reflects the total 70% commissions they say they are giving to members.

If you will ask me whether this website is a scam or not, my straight answer is no. It is not a scam, although there is no easy way to earn money here.
Your hard work, efforts, training attended and expertise will still not guarantee you absolute success. MLM is MLM, and it is hard to invite people to join this kind of industry.
Needless to say, if you become successful inviting people expect huge earnings. You need to be strategic to succeed here, although there are excellent materials they can share with you to be successful in this type of business.
MLM not a scam at all, but will not assure anyone that they will earn a massive amount of money from it.
The scam comes more on how they advertise their business, I mean they sometimes make it look like it is easy to earn thousands of dollars, but the sad truth is it is not.
Conclusion
Mindset 24 Global is not a scam, and it is one of the most transparent of all the platforms operating like this. The only thing I don’t like is they keep saying on the third sales video that this is not an MLM company.
There is nothing wrong with that business model as there are legit MLMs out there like Herbalife. I don’t get the point when they keep denying it when it is self-evident.
This denial is my only concern but other than that the company is legit. So if you are good at recruiting, this platform is suited for you as it can make you money if you work your part.
