A lot of times when people say something is free, it’s really not. Or maybe they do offer a free trial but they require a credit card so they can bill you at the end of the free trial hoping you forgot about it.
I am really glad that Wealthy Affiliate didn’t require a credit card to do the free trial because people might not sign up. Not requiring a credit card is really the most ethical approach because it ensures that the member really wants to pay for access if they decide to join.

The free starter membership in Wealthy Affiliate is really free and it has real value for anybody who wants to join. When I joined Wealthy Affiliate, I saw the value of the free starter membership but then the premium membership is offering top class resources you cannot find anywhere.
I became a premium member the next day. I have been looking for a platform like this for a very long time and I am glad one member invited me to Wealthy Affiliate through his blog.

I joined Wealthy Affiliate in 2013 and I didn’t actually upgrade to the premium level until almost a year later. Needless to say I am still here and have been an Ambassador 4 times now. I also have well over three thousand people who follow me.

This is a very good informative website on how to learn the affiliate marketing basics thru Wealthy Affiliate.There is NO other platform, legit or non-legit that will offer the same FREE basic startup plan.
I have done a lot of research before joining Wealthy Affiliate myself and found NOTHING online can offer the same benefits in online training, help, and support.A pity though that some countries are banned from the FREE startup plan.

in Wealthy Affiliate a free starter member can stay as a free member as long as they want. I just want to point out that the communication rights can be extended up to 21 days. This is very important because without communication rights a free member will not be able to ask questions from the community. I am a member for almost a year now.

It looks like the free membership is a definite winner, anybody can learn so much, and even build a website for free. Somebody short of cash, can stay a free member, and by the time they finish the 20 free lessons, they would be ready for premium membership for more serious lessons.

As soon as you join Wealthy Affiliate, you will have an affiliate link which you can post anywhere online where it is permitted. If a referral upgraded to premium, you will earn commissions. It will be $4 for the first month, then $11.75 monthly recurring commission and you will earn $87.50 if the referral upgrades to yearly subscription.

Hi Den, are you sure about the free 20 lessons? I thought it was the first 10 lessons on the Online Entrepreneur course. I hope I’m wrong and if so that is a much better deal than I thought. Either way as you point out, it seems anybody can learn so much on the Wealthy Affiliate platform.

You are correct, there are 10 free lessons on the Online Entrepreneur Course Level 1 but you must remember that there is also 10 free lessons on the Affiliate Bootcamp Phase 1. So that makes it a total of 20 free lessons. That’s why I am really stressing the point that Wealthy Affiliate’s free starter membership has great value.

Although even those that skip parts may regret it if they miss something simple but important to the future success of their website.

There are a lot of things out there that promote themselves at “free” but I can say from experience that I haven’t found one like Wealthy Affiliate. Many of them stop short of really giving you the things you need to be successful. It seems like Wealthy Affiliate freely gives you the training and tools needed to actually make money. Of course there is a further training but even the cost for that is extremely affordable compared to what other platforms charge for more extensive teaching.
